Founded in 2018 by Pierre Le Tallec, Exode des Rennes is made up of young musicians from Rennes' musical institutions (Conservatoire and Pont Supérieur).

The orchestra is composed of about 20 musicians and 2 to 7 singers: an unusual number of musicians, ideal for accompanying operettas and small operas, but also for bringing to life certain pieces from the "great symphonic repertoire".
